Acqua di Parma Roma is seeking a skilled Barber to deliver premium grooming and luxury retail experiences. You will perform beard trims, shaves, and facial massages while advising clients and upholding the Brand’s standards.

Competenze

• Barber school degree or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Execute professional beard trims, cuts, styling and traditional shaves.
• Perform signature Acqua di Parma facial massages and grooming treatments.
• Maintain barber corner and instruments, ensuring hygiene and safety.
• Build personalized client relationships, upsell and cross-sell products.
• Provide expert product information and brand events details.
• Drive store sales and contribute to monthly/annual targets.
• Build long-term client loyalty through CRM actions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with boutique team to organize in-store events and ideas.
