Job summary

BVLGARI Hotels & Resorts in Milan invites an attentive Waiter to join our Food and Beverage team. You will escort guests to tables, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a smile while maintaining restaurant cleanliness and accuracy in service.

Excellent English and wine knowledge are desirable, with strong teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction. As a non-management, full-time position, you will contribute to a high-end guest experience in a luxury setting, adhering to hotel standards

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English with guests, management and colleagues.
• Ability to provide legible, accurate communication.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and counts.
• Familiarity with Micros or similar restaurant systems.
• Wine knowledge and service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables and take orders in a courteous manner.
• Serve meals and beverages per hotel standards and wine list.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and station organization throughout service.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and collaborate with the team.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and hotel policies at all times.
