Job Description:

The role involves architecture and maintenance of the pricing structure primarily for the Long Term Rental product, supporting the Sales and Marketing departments.

The candidate will collect requests from external sources such as Brands, Networks, HQs, and internal departments or management regarding new products, existing product ranges, variations, modifications, and other initiatives. The focus is on developing the Long Term Rental product with an emphasis on its pricing.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage the processes and maintain the technical pricing structure for the Long Term Rental product based on price positioning set by Marketing.
• Monitor and analyze cost components, perform comparison analysis of standard vs. actual costs, and forecast future developments.
• Develop and maintain statistical models for cost projections and estimations.
• Maintain and upload component costs into the contract management system for rental price calculations.
• Implement reports and dashboards to track pricing performance across rental channels.
• Conduct periodic pricing analyses per customer, such as 'Smart Pricing'.
• Collaborate with Marketing to define pricing for new services and products.
• Make product pricing recommendations based on market index analysis during Pricing Committee meetings.
• Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies.
• Support the preparation of cost and margin analysis reports to aid management decisions.
• Provide ad hoc pricing support and perform specific analyses as needed.

Required Competencies:

• Degree in Economics or Finance.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial controlling or pricing within a multinational company.
• Experience with pricing topics and models.
• Strong knowledge of planning, control principles, and pricing structures.
• Preferably, good knowledge of financial mathematics.
• Understanding of automotive market and mobility trends.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced knowledge of SAS.
• Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
