Description
Architecture and maintenance of pricing structure mainly for Long Term Rental product and support to Sales and Marketing Dept.
He/She collects the requests from external sources as Brands, Network, HQs, through our internal Sales or from internal Departments or Management – about new products, existing products range of application, variations, modifications and other initiatives. He/she supports the developing the Long Term Rental product with strong focus on its pricing.
Role and duty – core business
Based on price positioning set by Marketing, manage the processes and maintenance of the technical pricing structure for Long Term Rental product.
Monitoring and analysis of Long Term Rental cost components, perform comparison analysis of standard cost vs actual cost and future developments.
Development and maintenance of statistical model for technical costs projections and estimations.
Maintenance and upload in contract management system the components cost for the calculation of the build-up rental price.
Implementation of reports and dashboards to track pricing performance for each single Long Term Rental channel.
Perform periodic pricing analysis per customer “Smart Pricing”.
With Marketing involvement, support the team in the definition of pricing for new services and new products.
Based on market index analysis, make product pricing recommendations in Pricing Committee.
Contribute to identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to solve them.
Support the preparation of analyse reports on costs and margins, including specific analyses to support any management decisions.
Offer ad hoc pricing support as required.
Carry out specific analysis when needed.
