Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Private Duty Nurse to provide in-home care for PDN clients. You’ll work with consistent cases and schedules, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and a supportive team environment.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, premium shift opportunities, weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Paid training and clinical support are provided to help you grow in your role.

Pediatric experience is a plus, but we'll teach you the PDN side of nursing.
