Aura Health in Genova, Italy seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assess residents, administer medications, monitor health, document care, and respond to emergencies while upholding confidentiality.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will counsel residents and families on care plans and strive to ensure safety, comfort, and well-being.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

Role:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

Assess residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor health status, document care activities, and respond to emergent situations. Support interdisciplinary teams, counsel residents and families on care plans, and ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being. Maintain effective communication and confidentiality while establishing strong relationships with residents and staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, current unencumbered LPN license, with preferred associate degree. Knowledge of nursing principles, ability to perform testing, recognize problems, and respond effectively. Must complete required CEUs, maintain certifications, and have experience or training in clinical care, including IV therapy if applicable. Strong communication, teamwork, and confidentiality skills are essential.

Key Duties:

Provide compassionate resident care, support health assessments, medication administration, documentation, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality services. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
