Offerta

Objective: Optimize the organization's investment management by ensuring that both long-term and liquidity portfolios align with strategic objectives and the established risk profile. Support the design of efficient and sustainable investment strategies, implement investment policies, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory criteria. Additionally, conduct market analysis, evaluate new financial instruments, and prepare reports for the Investment Committee.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management:
   • Oversee long-term investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and proposing strategic adjustments when necessary.
   • Assess global investment opportunities across various markets and sectors to enhance diversification.
   • Ensure portfolio diversification across asset classes, regions, and industries.
   • Conduct research on investment funds and alternative investments to explore new opportunities.
   • Manage the short and medium-term liquidity investments in coordination with the Treasury team.
   • Develop and enforce investment policies that align with the organization's objectives.
   • Monitor asset managers and ensure compliance with the organization's policies.
   • Analyze portfolio performance and propose strategic changes in asset allocation.
   • Conduct economic and financial studies on global and regional market trends.
   • Assess profitability and risk factors for current portfolios and potential new financial instruments.
   • Improve investment software and ethical screening software to improve decision-making efficiency.
   • Ensure that all investments adhere to ethical screening and regulatory standards.
   • Ensure banks and asset managers apply ethical filters in line with established criteria.
   • Support the development of tailored investment policies for each portfolio.
2. Banking & Stakeholder Relations:
   • Maintain strong relationships with investment banks to optimize conditions and services.
   • Negotiate investment terms and conditions with private banks.
   • Oversee the execution of RFPs and investment mandates for new or existing portfolios.
   • Coordinate with banks to resolve accounting and tax-related issues concerning financial portfolios.
3. Risk Management & Compliance:
   • Monitor interest rate and foreign exchange risk, proposing hedging strategies when necessary.
   • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements for investment activities.
   • Keep investment policies up to date.
   • Monitor aggregate risk of the portfolios viewing industry sector or regions.
4. Reporting & Decision Support:
   • Prepare reports and presentations for the Investment Committee, including portfolio performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
   • Follow up on Investment Committee decisions and ensure their implementation.
   • Conduct research and provide insights on key economic indicators, including interest rates, exchange rates, inflation, and economic growth.
   • Regularly analyze expert studies on macroeconomic and investment trends to support decision-making.

Competenze ed esperienza

Requirements & Skills:

• Background in investment management, portfolio analysis, and financial markets.
• Experience in portfolio strategies, asset allocation, risk management, and ethical investing.
• Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with private banks and asset managers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Experience with investment management software and ethical screening tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, IT, legal, and external banking partners.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
