Role

NGG is looking for a Logistics Specialist, Retail. The position is part of the Logistics Department and the main mission of the role is to manage the replenishments of our DOS and Outlets in Italy, Europe and US from order entry to delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage the orders for the Retail channel, being responsible for all the back-office activities including order entry, monitoring orders status and shipment flow, invoicing;
• Deal with forwarders and couriers for pick-ups and shipments, prepare documentation to meet customs requirements, ensure on-time deliveries;
• Be the point of contact for our stores and the Retail Operations team, manage any issues linked to deliveries (i.e. delays, discrepancies on goods receipt, damaged / missing boxes );
• Manage end-of-season returns and issue credit notes.

Who you are

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the documentation required for shipments to CEE and EXTRA CEE countries
• Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken
• Highly organized and proactive
• Strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced ever-changing environment
