We’re looking for someone to join the Italian team as

• to look after our forecast and all our customer deliveries.

In this role, as part of the Italian team, you’ll work with the group supply chain teams at our head office in the UK to ensure we receive the right products at the right time in the right quantities. You’ll also make sure all our customers get the products they ordered on time and in full. You’ll be the main point of call for our logistics partner, solving any day-to-day issues quickly whilst also working with them long-term to drive improvements in their everyday operations.

• Your role

Your daily responsibilities will be a combination of activities to ensure that we always have the right products available in our warehouse :

• You’ll be responsible for the short term forecast, always making the balance to ensure we never have too much stock but also never too little. This will include promotions, new launches and product delists ;
• You’ll be responsible for the accuracy and reporting of the forecast;
• You’ll build strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ways of working
• You’ll ensure excelling servicelevels and staying within our budget;
• You’ll be working closely with our logistics partner here in Italy, reporting with them on their KPIs, finding efficiencies in their processes and working on any supply projects.

We’re a small team so you could get stuck in with anything we have going on, from a last minute sampling campaign to filling up our fridges with smoothies here in the office. You’ll also be expected to support our other regions in some of their supply chain tasks from time to time.And because we like continuous improvement, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing any efficiency improvement concepts across the team both in Italy and the Group Supply.

In order to be a success at this exciting role you'll need the following :

• bags of initiative;
• the ability to build relationships quickly and work cross functionally;
• the ability to keep several plates spinning at once;
• an interest in Supply Chain and logistics;
• Italian &English speaking is a must, Spanish a nice plus.

This role is

• a permanent role, to be filled as soon as possible
• based in La casa della frutta, our offices in Milan. Maybe from time to time you will need to travel around Europe to visit some of our other offices, warehouses and factories.
