The Opportunity
As a Logistics Specialist at Worldline, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and assets across our organization. You will work collaboratively with warehouse teams and field personnel to optimize inventory management processes and maintain seamless operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Manage all preparatory and ordinary activities to deliver terminal status reporting and maintain optimal inventory levels.
2. Coordinate sorting and tracking of assets in the field, supporting colleagues who manage field activities in understanding their material needs.
3. Prepare new purchase orders and prevent shortages by calculating material usage trends and identifying needs for safety stock.
4. Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify and improve processes that slow down deliveries.
5. Analyze statistics and data related to materials, monitoring and optimizing the lifecycle of devices to improve purchasing and management processes.
6. Monitor inventory needs to ensure timely replenishment and maintain operational efficiency.
