What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

1. You will work in a team, reporting into the Warehouse and Logistics Operation Head.
2. You will deal with the organisation’s logistics and warehousing, with a focus on import order and infralogistic management. Your main goal will be streamlining and optimising operational procedures.
3. Preparation of documents for the transfer of goods to the site warehouse.
4. 3PL management.
5. Analysis of orders and logistics-related KPIs.
6. Support in the Quality and GMP management related to the logistic processes.

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

1. Management Engineering Degree or similar.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a Logistics Specialist or in similar roles.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Familiarity with Excel, while knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
5. Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site is beneficial.
6. Problem solver, agility, willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
