The Solution Designer identifies and develops comprehensive solutions aligning with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze the needs of the potential customer through the study of tender documents or direct contact with the counterparty;
  • Verify and guarantee compliance with technical and economic clauses and / or constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the best expected profitability in line with company policies;
  • Discuss existing processes with personnel from the Operations area;
  • Coordinate with other company functions to confirm or request costs for services / tools necessary for the development of the offer;
  • Develop the technical and commercial offer using specific GEODIS tools;
  • Summarize in a technical presentation the solution identified for each tender carried out.

Key skills required include attention to detail, customer orientation, and flexibility.
