The Solution Designer identifies and develops comprehensive solutions aligning with customer needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze the needs of the potential customer through the study of tender documents or direct contact with the counterparty;
  2. Verify and guarantee compliance with technical and economic clauses and/or constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the best expected profitability in line with company policies;
  3. Discuss existing processes with personnel from the Operations area;
  4. Coordinate with other company functions to confirm or request costs for services/tools necessary for the development of the offer;
  5. Develop the technical and commercial offer using specific GEODIS tools;
  6. Summarize in a technical presentation the solution identified for each tender carried out.
