Solution Designer

The Solution Designer identifies and develops comprehensive solutions aligning with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze the needs of potential customers through the study of tender documents or direct contact with the counterparty.
  2. Verify and guarantee compliance with technical and economic clauses and constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability in line with company policies.
  3. Discuss existing processes with figures from the Operations area.
  4. Coordinate with other company functions to confirm or request costs for services and tools necessary for developing the offer.
  5. Develop the technical and commercial offer using specific GEODIS tools.
  6. Summarize the identified solution for each tender in a technical presentation.
