Job summary

Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and keep pace with demand across multiple Italian sites. You’ll ensure safety, drive productivity and coordinate with other managers to standardise shift processes.

You will base at one of our operational sites in Lombardy, work full-time, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
