Job summary

Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure area productivity keeps pace with demand at one of our operational sites in Italy.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and other managers. You will monitor performance metrics, drive quality, and support daily operations while maintaining a strong team culture and managing administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree before the start date.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and Italian.
• Relevant experience in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
