Competenze

For Paderno Dugnano’s plant, we are recruiting a

Logistics Manager

Working with several departments and operating in compliance with company guidelines, plans and policies, the role involves coordinating the production planning and scheduling of drugs, cosmetics and medical devices, analyzing logistics activities and participating in digital transformation projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate medium and long-term production planning with the Production Manager, based on sales estimates and orders received from Commercial and Supply Chain areas, to ensure supply to the sales market.
  • Coordinate production planning actions with the Production Manager to optimize lead time and production capacity in the short and medium term.
  • Ensure, in collaboration with the Production Manager, that the production plan and schedules are verified and constantly monitored, taking care of revisions and updates and suggesting corrective and/or modification actions for both internal and third-party production.
  • Ensure the correct and timely procurement of raw and other materials by planning quantities based on stock and production needs, and by managing orders to suppliers within the defined timeframes and methods.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Logistics to examine flows and performance measurements (KPIs) to comply with market requirements.
  • Ensure the training, retraining and development of personnel under your responsibility to improve service quality and compliance with legislative and company provisions concerning safety and environmental hygiene.
  • Ensuring the development of production on behalf of third parties, collaborating with the company bodies in charge in transfer projects, and managing the production system efficiently and effectively to improve economic profit.
  • Ensuring the correct management of production standards and product code data on the SAP system.

Requirements:

  • Degree preferably in economics or management engineering.
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in the same role, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical device or cosmetics industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP SAP.
  • Knowledge of company processes in terms of Quality system, company organization and work methodologies to be applied to Logistics.
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Relational skills and team management.
  • Ability to work in a team, analytical and organizational skills and strong results orientation.

  • Salary between € 45.000 and 55.000 and short-term incentives based on the achievement of objectives.
