Supply Chain Planner Role

We offer an exciting opportunity to work as a Supply Chain Planner, reporting directly to the Global Supply Chain Director.

This role involves executing supply chain strategies that support business objectives. You will be responsible for supply planning, inventory management, and process improvements.

Key aspects of this job include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tools and insights that simplify planning processes, improve execution, and ensure efficient material availability across the business.

You will also work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service, as well as external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining integrated processes across planning, purchasing, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Serving as the key point of contact for Customer Service in Italy and European subsidiaries in case of material shortages.
• Proactively monitoring backorders and ensuring timely material planning and delivery.
• Collaborating with manufacturing plants and commercial partners to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess.
• Developing and maintaining tools and dashboards that provide meaningful data insights and simplify supply chain processes.
• Producing visual reports and KPI scorecards to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• ~3–5 years of experience in similar roles within supply chain or operations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of other Office tools.
