The TJX Companies, Inc. in Florence is seeking an Associate Logistics & Warehouse professional to support import operations and vendor coordination.

You will interact with suppliers, ensure compliance with direct import protocols for merchandise destined for U.S. and Canadian markets, and assist with purchase orders while communicating across teams.

This full-time role offers growth opportunities within a global retailer's logistics network and a dynamic Florence operation.

Competenze

Fluent English written and spoken.
Good organizational skills.
Knowledge of computer systems.
Ability to communicate at all levels of staff.
Previous experience in Logistics represented a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.

Mansioni

Interacts with vendors and agents on logistics policies and procedures.
Constant communication with the vendor community and with the buying and sourcing teams to ensure compliance to all details related to the direct importation of merchandise into U.S. and Canadian markets.
Thorough understanding of TJX’s direct import protocols to be able to guide new and existing suppliers thru the details of getting goods exported to the retail market on time.
Provides constructive counseling to agents/vendors to correct non-compliant execution of TJX logistics standards.
Assists in various aspects of Purchase order follow up once a product/program is committed with a vendor by the buyers.
