Competenze

• Minimo 2 anni di esperienza come assistente di produzione (desiderabile).
• Esperienza precedente nel settore servizi o campo equivalente (preferita).
• Capacità di sollevare carichi pesanti di almeno 12 kg.

Mansioni

• Sovrintendere alle operazioni di gestione dei materiali.
• Assicurare il movimento sicuro di beni e materiali.
• Assistere nelle operazioni di carico e scarico dei camion.
• Eseguire vari compiti amministrativi, inclusa la gestione degli ordini.
• Procacciare beni e servizi, compresi materiali per la salute e sicurezza.
• Garantire la pulizia e la sicurezza dell'ambiente di lavoro.

Conoscenze

Fluente in inglese e italiano

Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• minimum 2 years of experience as a production assistant (desirable);
• previous experience in the service sector or an equivalent field (preferred);
• fluent English and Italian, writing and speaking (suggested);
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and basic softwares (desirable);
• able to move heavy loads weighing at least 12 kg;
• great communication and relational skills and customer orientation;
• fast learner with a strong understanding of various duties and processes;
• flexibility in terms of working hours, adjustable on project needs;
• valid driving licence and availability to drive the company vehicle, since daily travel is required.

Responsibilities

• material management : oversee the operations of picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management for equipment;
• physical handling : ensure the safe movement and transport of instrumentation, supplies, goods, pallets, and boxes;
• logistical support : assist with truck loading and unloading operations, and the delivery of materials and supplies to designated locations;
• administrative management : perform various administrative tasks, including order management (both phone and online), budget control, document filing and organization, as well as customer assistance for diverse stakeholder groups;
• procurement : source and arrange for goods and services, including those related to environmental health and safety, medical equipment, office supplies, furniture, etc.;
• work environment maintenance : ensure the cleanliness and safety of the work environment, managing packaging disposal, and the collection and proper sorting of waste.
