Competenze

• Minimo 2 anni di esperienza come assistente di produzione (preferito).
• Fluente in inglese e italiano, scritto e parlato.
• Capacità di gestire carichi di almeno 12 kg.

Mansioni

• Gestione del materiale: supervisione delle operazioni di picking, packing e spedizione.
• Supporto logistico: assistenza nel carico/scarico dei camion.
• Gestione amministrativa: gestione ordini e assistenza clienti.

Responsibilities

As part of Randstad’s talent pool for the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, you will have the opportunity to experience the emotions and sensations of the Games and showcase your potential.

In the role of Logistics Assistant, reporting directly to the Logistic and Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Material management: oversee operations of picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management for equipment;
• Physical handling: ensure the safe movement and transport of instrumentation, supplies, goods, pallets, and boxes;
• Logistical support: assist with truck loading/unloading and delivery of materials and supplies;
• Administrative management: perform tasks such as order management, budget control, document filing, and customer assistance;
• Procurement: source and arrange goods and services, including environmental health and safety equipment, medical supplies, office supplies, and furniture;
• Work environment maintenance: ensure cleanliness and safety, manage waste disposal and recycling.

Qualifications

Do you see yourself in this description?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a production assistant (preferred);
• Previous experience in the service sector or similar field (preferred);
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic software;
• Ability to handle loads of at least 12 kg;
• Excellent communication, relational skills, and customer orientation;
• Fast learner with strong understanding of duties and processes;
• Flexible working hours, adaptable to project needs;
• Valid driving license and availability to drive the company vehicle, as daily travel is required.
