Logistics Assistant (M / F / d) - Part time, limited contract (12 or 18 months, to be defined)

Your Challenge

As Logistics Assistant, you will work in a small but energetic team, collaborating closely with all departments and reporting to the Head of Logistics and the Managing Director. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the delivery of goods for our projects worldwide within prescribed time and cost limits.
  2. Preparing and controlling documents related to transport, export, and import processes.
  3. Supporting departments with data entry, deadline monitoring, and follow-up of documents and approvals.
  4. Gathering information on import regulations of destination countries and compiling transport, packing, and marking instructions.
  5. Organizing deliveries to the warehouse and dispatching goods to construction sites, including customs handling and import documentation.
  6. Creating documents that trigger payments, such as packing lists, freight documents, and insurance certificates.
  7. Invoicing according to customer contracts.
  8. Regularly checking goods in the warehouse.
Your Profile
  1. Relevant diploma or certificate in administration, or a business degree focused on logistics.
  2. Minimum experience in logistics within a dynamic, international project environment.
  3. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  4. Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
  5. Precise, structured, and organized work style.
  6. Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  7. Stress-resistant and assertive.
  8. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
