• Experience in logistics; retail experience is a plus.
• Must be highly organized and reliable.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets required.

To support our Styling team we are searching for a Logistics and Samples Assistant (f / m / d) to be based in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist and support the Logistics and Samples Coordinator with any task needed including unpacking, organization, and repacking of samples.
• Ensure and advocate that all products as well as samples are handled with care.
• Ensure all internal and external orders arrive according to order’s list.
• Ensure the data regarding all the orders and goods within the photo studio is organized and updated at all times.
• Ensure all SKUs are shot according to the briefed new arrivals list.
• Understand and be a source of knowledge regarding the logistic processes and its connection with the photo production cycle.
• Maintain communication with the other logistic centers to ensure organization and alignment at all times.
• Assist the logistics team throughout all stages of the logistic cycle including the inventory. If needed, act as logistics assistant.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience working within the logistics area; experience working in retail is a plus.
• Proactive with a creative mindset.
• Resilient with the ability to work in a team.
• Extremely organized and reliable, able to work with and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• English skills are mandatory, both verbal and written.
• Excel and Google Sheets knowledge is mandatory.
