Junior Logistics Analyst - Rome

We are seeking a talented Junior Logistics Analyst to support our team in Rome. The role involves managing logistics operations for the Marketing Unit, focusing on daily coordination of stock and activities within the Logistics network. The Logistic Analyst will be a key stakeholder in the Southern Europe Cluster Logistics Team, contributing to strategic development and implementation.

Activities & Responsibilities

1. Achieve Performance KPIs such as cost, service, delivery performance, and safety.
2. Deliver annual savings and performance goals, including safety, logistics costs, OTIF, transportation, carrier, and warehouse KPIs.
3. Consolidate depots and suppliers.
4. Build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
5. Implement process standardization across the Cluster team.
6. Ensure project, change, and operational activities are completed consistently and in a coordinated manner.
7. Adopt common performance measures and reporting standards.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will be change professionals with strong communication skills, capable of motivating teams and delivering results. They should be able to develop effective internal and external relationships, express ideas clearly, and pursue continuous improvement.

Requirements include:

• Experience in logistics and managing complex third-party logistics providers.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic change.
• Proven ability to drive organizational and KPI-based results.
• Experience leading multi-site, multi-function teams.
• Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization.
• High proficiency in Spanish and English.
