Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Answer logistics related questions from sales colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Process and arrange bookings with customers and schedule deliveries to arrive on time. Follow up inquiries and track the record until the case has been resolved.
- Take the necessary steps to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the status of shipments by checking sources such as carrier web tracking, load planning files, Excel reports, or direct contact with the forwarder.
- Maintain reporting with shipment data such as ETAs, ATAs, and non-conformities based on predefined reason codes. Ensure reports are updated with the most recent data for performance measurement.
- Identify return inquiries and process them until goods are received back at the warehouse and the customer has received their credit. Process claims against third-party logistics providers using the SAP Claim Handling System and follow up on Accounts Receivables.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Effective methods to structure and prioritize workload
- Strong command of English, French, and Italian languages
