Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  1. Answer logistics related questions from sales colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Process and arrange bookings with customers and schedule deliveries to arrive on time. Follow up inquiries and track the record until the case has been resolved.
  2. Take the necessary steps to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the status of shipments by checking sources such as carrier web tracking, load planning files, Excel reports, or direct contact with the forwarder.
  3. Maintain reporting with shipment data such as ETAs, ATAs, and non-conformities based on predefined reason codes. Ensure reports are updated with the most recent data for performance measurement.
  4. Identify return inquiries and process them until goods are received back at the warehouse and the customer has received their credit. Process claims against third-party logistics providers using the SAP Claim Handling System and follow up on Accounts Receivables.
