To consolidate our structure, we are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Manager.

The manager is responsible for coordinating the flow of receiving, handling, and shipping.

Acts as the point of contact for customers and service providers, such as ocean carriers, air freight forwarders, global consolidators, customs brokers, or trucking companies. Prepare documents, such as bills of lading, shipment documents, letters of credit, invoices, quotes, and process vendor payments. Maintain a database with logistics information (e.g., flow of inventory, tracking products, metrics, on-time delivery rates, fulfillment rates). May identify opportunities for inventory reduction, optimize service levels, and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Master's degree in Management Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage priorities
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, sales, operations, etc.)
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, strong goal orientation, and the ability to work well in teams
