Une entreprise de logistique reconnue recherche un Logistic Specialist pour gérer les opérations liées à la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Le candidat idéal aura une expertise dans la gestion des coûts, la documentation d'exportation, et un bon niveau de connaissance des outils ERP et SAP. Ce poste est à plein temps et propose un contrat permanent.

Mansioni

• Identification du fournisseur après un processus de benchmark.
• Gestion des coûts de transport et d'entrepôt.
• Établissement des documents d'exportation.
• Gestion des réclamations avec l'assurance.
• Soutien à la déclaration des dépenses d'importation.

Conoscenze

Connaissance des applications Microsoft

Connaissance des systèmes ERP

Connaissance des Incoterms

Connaissance de la conformité à l'exportation

Description : Skills Required :

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (mostly Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ERP System
• Knowledge of Incoterms
• Knowledge of Export Compliance
• Knowledge of Import Compliance
• Knowledge of SAP Transportation Module
• Knowledge of accounting

Responsibilities :

• Identification of the supplier forwarder after a benchmark process
• Mapping and overview of the transport / warehouse costs (budget)
• Issuing of the export documents
• Booking container & transferring shipping data to forwarder
• Managing complaints with insurance
• Statement with forwarder for importation expenses
• SAP Transportation project & invoicing transport control
• Support for customs import clearance
• Support for warehouses in daily activities
• Support for customer returnable packaging stock and movements
• Support for invoicing control
