Valeo is seeking a Logistics Flows Analyst Trainee in Italy (Santena) to gain hands-on experience optimizing and analyzing supply chain logistics within a global network. You will support data collection, process improvements, and lean implementation while collaborating with multiple internal teams.

The role targets students or recent graduates in Supply Chain/Engineering with strong Excel skills and English fluency, and exposure to ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Support development and implementation of new logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in projects to optimize material flow from suppliers to customers.

As a Logistic Flows Analyst Trainee at Valeo Management, you will gain hands‑on experience in optimizing and analyzing supply chain logistics. This role involves supporting the team in identifying efficiencies, improving material flow, and contributing to overall operational excellence within our global network.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection and analysis of logistics data, including inventory levels, transportation costs, and delivery times.
• Support the development and implementation of new logistics processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Prepare reports and presentations on logistics performance and key metrics.

Job Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn about logistics and supply chain operations.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or logistics software is advantageous but not mandatory.

Desired skills and experience

• Engineering Degree.
• Experience: 6-12 month in similar roles in the automotive field
• Fluent English
