Bormioli Pharma in Parma seeks a logistics-focused professional to manage shipping requests, coordinate with partners, and monitor costs and supplier performance. You will analyze data to spot issues and opportunities for efficiency, while collaborating with Customer Service, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a logistics or management engineering background, 1–2 years in supply chain, and strong English and Excel/ERP skills.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in logistics/management engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing, especially shipping & KPI monitoring.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong MS Excel and ERP systems knowledge.

The resource will be responsible for the following activities:

Manage national and international shipping requests and coordinate activities with logistics partners

Monitor and analyze logistics costs and supplier performance through KPIs

Analyze logistics activity data, identifying critical issues and opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and other company functions to ensure efficient operational flows

Skills

• High School Diploma in Logistics or Degree in Management Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain field in manufacturing companies, preferably in shipping management and KPIs monitoring
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems
