Localization Project Manager (Rome - Night shift)

We are looking for a Localization Project Manager for our Enterprise clients who will manage translation projects, work with translators, and directly with our top clients in the digital space, covering the San Francisco working hours (8am-5pm PT). We are offering a full-time employee position, working the night shift from our Rome offices (5pm to 2am CET / CEST) and the salary will include the allowance due for the night work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire service offering for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery (OTD).
  • Directly manage complex and / or strategic projects during onboarding, launches, and throughout the collaboration with clients.
  • Serve as the primary PjM point of contact with clients, attending meetings and presenting production data and improvement plans during business reviews.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

This position may include the possibility to work on holidays and / or weekends, if necessary. To foster a stronger bond with the rest of the Enterprise Project Management team, the resource will be periodically required to temporarily switch to the standard 9am-6pm shifts in our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome (Italy).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of the localization process and CAT-tools.
  • Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering information in a concise, fact-based, and informative manner.
  • Boasts outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands.
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success.
