We are looking for a Localization Project Manager.

We seek a Project Manager for our Enterprise clients to manage translation projects, collaborate with translators, and work directly with top clients in the digital space, primarily during San Francisco working hours (8am-5pm PT).

This is a fully remote contractor role, allowing you to work from your preferred location.

As Project Manager, you will create and oversee projects across all service types and clients, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. You will support clients and linguists throughout projects and ensure process compliance. You may collaborate with Senior Project Managers to ensure client satisfaction and support Associate Project Managers on production tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned client projects, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
• Manage complex and strategic projects during onboarding and throughout client collaboration.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, participate in meetings, and present production data and improvement plans during reviews.
• Proactively address client needs and issues to maintain high satisfaction.

This role may require working on holidays and weekends if necessary.

A training period at our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome (Italy), can be arranged for the successful candidate.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Localization and Project Management.
• Knowledge of localization processes and CAT tools.
• Self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented with a sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working in ambiguous and fluid environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex information.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands, and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and committed to shared success.
