About the role :
We’re looking for a proactive Italy Local Manager to support the execution of operational processes in Italy while contributing to growth-related initiatives and market development efforts. In this hybrid role, you will act as a key point of contact for day-to-day ops — ensuring that workflows, customer requests, and compliance-related processes run smoothly — and you will also collaborate on localized growth campaigns, product feedback loops, and initiatives to enhance the user experience for freelancers and small businesses in Italy. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on execution and coordination, with active involvement in local strategy and leadership of the Service Delivery Italy team.
As a Local Manager at Xolo, you will :
Ensure local operational processes are followed correctly (invoicing, expenses, tax filings, etc.).
Support local marketing or growth initiatives (e.g. referral programs, special campaigns, local partnerships).
