You should have HR experience working in an international environment and expertise in handling various HR topics and tools. How you’ll make an impact :

• Assist with day-to-day HR activities requiring HRBP intervention.
• Support and manage labour relations.
• Implement HR processes, ensuring compliance with global and local standards, policies, and tools, and collaborate with the HR team.
• Support managers with HR data, dashboards, and reports.
• Leadership culture & talent management: Identify and build talent pools with leaders, utilizing our leadership pillars and Diversity360 to foster culture and behavior aligned with our values.
• Provide coaching and support on talent management topics such as performance, learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, diversity, and inclusion.
• Monitor HR KPIs, identify issues through data, and take corrective actions.
• Participate in additional projects supporting GPQSS growth.

Your background :
