We are seeking a Local HR Business Partner for Grid Automation and Local Service Unit in Italy to establish strong relationships with business leaders and serve as a consultant, responsible for the entire HR offering to the business.

How you'll make an impact

  • Analyze HR analytics data to understand organizational trends and issues, and define appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners in CoE to set and implement strategies ensuring the necessary organizational capabilities.
  • Ensure short-term staffing aligns with business targets.
  • Drive talent processes such as succession planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and performance management.
  • Implement learning and development activities in collaboration with Learning Partners.
  • Manage compensation and benefits strategies, including salary reviews and incentives.
  • Optimize organizational structures and ensure compliance with global standards.
  • Support HR program rollout and share best practices across the HR community.

Your background :

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
  • Adaptable, eager to learn new skills such as AI tools.
  • Highly independent and motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
