We are seeking a Local HR Business Partner for Grid Automation and Local Service Unit in Italy. The role involves establishing strong relationships with business leaders and acting as a consultant, responsible for the entire HR offering to the business.

How you’ll make an impact

• You will analyze HR analytics data to understand organizational dynamics, trends, and issues, and define appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners in the CoE to set and implement strategies ensuring the right skills and capabilities are in place, and that short-term staffing meets business targets.
• Drive talent processes with business leaders, including succession planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and performance management standards.
• Implement learning and development activities, collaborate on learning strategies, and oversee customized programs.
• Manage personnel costs, and implement global and local compensation and benefits strategies.
• Support the operating model, organization structure, and ensure compliance with standards, policies, and processes.
• Assist the Hub HR leader in managing HR programs and sharing best practices across the HR community.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, including AI tools.
• Highly independent and motivated.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
