We seek a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims, particularly in small claims procedures, to lead court collections and potentially open a boutique legal firm in Italy. You will file court cases to recover compensation and reimbursements related to airline claims, including EU261, Montreal Convention, and Warsaw Convention claims. The role involves managing pre-court collections, legal filings, enforcement, negotiations, legal research, and advocacy for passenger rights. You should be able to operate independently, have strong litigation experience, and be passionate about consumer rights in the airline industry.
