MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct all pre-investigatory assessment work and prepare documentation required to file cases.
• Independently handle civil and commercial court and arbitration cases in all stages.
• Mediate dispute resolution cases.
• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Holder of University Law Degree. LPC, BAR, or LLM will be considered an advantage.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• Substantial hands-on experience (ideally 5+ years) of independent handling of litigation proceedings (preparation of pleadings, hearings, and handling of hearings).
• Competency and experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Independence, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Driving license and vehicle.
