Risorse Professional, a company specializing in the recruitment of Middle and Senior Management, is seeking a candidate for a prestigious insurance company in Milan. The candidate will join a structured and dynamic team, reporting to the division manager, and will be responsible for:

1. Handling the intake, reservation, and investigation of CARD Claims;
2. Managing the damage assessment phase, including payments or disputes, up to potential litigation;
3. Managing relationships with insurance surveyors and legal professionals;
4. Negotiating with policyholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Law;
• At least 2 years of experience in Claims Settlement activities;
• Knowledge of CARD regulations and RC principles;
• Excellent proficiency in IT tools (Office Automation);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Teamwork orientation.

Additional Information:

• Contract: CCNL ANIA, with a gross annual salary of €35,000, permanent contract;
• Work location: Milan;
• Possibility of working remotely one day per week (smart working).
