• Certificazioni di settore (Red Hat) sono un plus.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a System Support Senior Specialist in Linux / Unix system administration to join the DCM SysOps Unix Team, managing Linux / Unix systems including those critical to JAS (Judicial Authority Systems).

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage and govern operations of Linux / Unix servers within the infrastructure, supporting operations and on-call availability.
• Manage server fleets, including JAS and related services, ensuring availability, updates, and alignment with business needs.
• Support project implementations, focusing on technology refresh, cost optimization, and performance enhancement.
• Contribute to project design and implementation within management areas.
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR).
• Propose effective incident management solutions.
• Monitor and report on management activities.
• Identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Contribute proactively to technical and management activities.
• Promote quality improvements through internal training.
• Coordinate offshore activities and ticket teams (CIEC).

Requirements : Skills needed :

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex Linux / Unix systems (RHEL, Oracle Linux, Solaris, HP-UX) and related infrastructures (RedHat Satellite, Ansible, Insights).
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing incidents at all levels (L1-L3).
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and partners.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Italian nationality and residence for operational compliance in JAS.

Nice to have :

• Industry certifications (Red Hat).
• ITIL certification.
• Knowledge of IaaS / PaaS solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with containerization (Docker / Podman).
• Knowledge of IaaC tools (Terraform).
• Disaster Recovery expertise.
• Understanding of security, GDPR, SOX compliance.
