Job Description

Position: System Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, and Oracle Linux operating systems.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain on-premise Linux infrastructure.
• Resolve infrastructure issues through ticket management and corrective actions.
• Write and maintain Bash scripts to automate system tasks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient IT operations.
• Apply best practices for system security and updates.
• Document configurations and operational procedures.
• Participate in continuous infrastructure improvement.

Your profile

• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Oracle Linux.
• Experience managing on-premise infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Experience with ticket management and troubleshooting.
• Automation tools like Ansible are a plus.
• Academic background in computer engineering or similar.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
