Join our team as a Referent for line performance and mechanical efficiency improvements, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing Sidel machines and related equipment, particularly during the prototype and pre-series phases. In this position, you'll empower our Quality and Technical Services (Q&TS) team to tackle technical challenges, implement effective corrective actions, and conduct thorough plant assessments. You'll also collaborate closely with our innovative digital team to enhance data collection and reliability through cutting-edge digital tools. Your Mission

• Coordinate periodic meetings based on data analysis with the digital team
• Support the SIDEL key account team in evaluating performance and improvement actions
• Assist with on-site interventions to analyze and collect data
• Enhance personal competencies on complete combi, trade-associated equipment, and line equipment
• Compare machine performance across different platforms and identify top offenders, proposing common mitigation actions, and managing the Corrective Action Request (C.A.R.) flow.

Your Profile

We are seeking candidates holding a degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.

You should have 3-5 years of experience in the beverage industry and at least 2-3 years of hands-on field experience (understanding of Sidel products will be a plus).

Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French or Italian will enhance your integration into our local teams.

Proficiency in Office tools is required, and familiarity with Power BI is a valuable asset.
