Job summary

Seditech Group in Italy is seeking reliable Light Truck Delivery Drivers to transport and deliver goods using light-duty trucks (up to 3.5 tons). The role requires punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to manage delivery documentation and vehicle upkeep. Work starts early, with shifts starting at 5:30 AM; night shifts available.

Company dormitory accommodation and meals are provided. The one-year contract may extend based on performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Italian and English.
• Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle under Italian regulations.
• Experience in delivery driving or logistics is an advantage.
• Ability to complete delivery records and handle CMR documentation.
• Good time-management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods and packages to consumers, businesses, and commercial locations.
• Operate light-duty delivery trucks with a carrying capacity up to 3.5 tons.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated destinations.
• Load, transport, unload, and handle goods carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report mechanical problems or maintenance needs.
• Complete and handle CMR consignment notes and other relevant delivery documentation.
• Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, road traffic regulations, and safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and supervisors.
• Report delivery issues, delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies promptly.
