A leading automotive company in Italy is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to ensure sales targets are met and to support Dealers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in LCV Italian sales, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree. This role involves planning sales objectives, conducting meetings, and analyzing market trends to drive success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the commercial targets of Volumes and Share are achieved or exceeded.
  • Plan, forecast and execute the Company sales objectives for Dealers and sales people, and provide them with the appropriate support to meet these goals.
  • Maintain close affinity and continuous contact with Dealers and key business stakeholders.
  • Design and implement sales plans and incentives to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct daily and weekly commercial sales meetings to monitor sales achievement progress and commercial campaigns effectiveness.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance, providing constant and clear insights into how to improve.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the features and benefits of Brand’ light commercial vehicles.
  • Work in close collaboration with captive financial services structure, to secure proper stock management, efficient sell-in and competitive sell-out operations.
  • Strives for harmony and teamwork with all other departments, perform ad hoc duties.
Analytical Skills

Comfortable with figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, mix and overall commercial policy analysis. Analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Leadership Skills

Ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales operations at National level. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with OEM’ Headquarters and International environment (good English proficiency is required), local Company members, Dealers and Customers. Strong "hunter" mentality. Self-driven Kickstarter.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years’ experience of excellent track record in LCV Italian sales in other OEM.
  • Robust experience in LCV business, with career path in LCV Brands Market leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
