The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Lifestyle Bartender.

The Bartender will report to the Bar Manager and join a team of passionate professionals.

This is a seasonal, full-time role (40-hour week, 5 days, 2 days off).

Work in a place of art and elegance, where history meets Venetian style. The Gritti is known for service, cuisine, and wellness, and hosts events like the Biennale, Carnival, and Venice Film Festival.

The impact you’ll make

You are a creative mixologist, attentive to beverage trends. You create a welcoming energy, offering diverse, seasonal drinks, engaging conversations, and helpful suggestions, ensuring guests look forward to relaxing with you.

What you’ll do

• Greet guests and serve at the bar and tables
• Prepare cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Garnish and prepare appetizers
• Maintain bar supplies and cleanliness
• Process payments and reports
• Follow SOPs and brand standards

What we’re looking for

• Excellent storytelling in English
• Luxury bartending experience is a plus
• Reliability, motivation, positivity, outgoing personality
• Passion for luxury bartending

This role requires physical movement, standing, and maintaining a professional appearance. Safety training and certification are required before employment.
