Lifestyle Bartender

Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott International, is seeking a Lifestyle Bartender.

The Bartender will report to the Bar Manager and join a team of passionate professionals.

This is a seasonal, full-time role (40 hours/week, 5 days, 2 days off), from June to December 2025.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a creative mixologist, you'll craft diverse, seasonal beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to relax and enjoy their time with you.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve at the bar and tables
• Prepare cocktails, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Garnish and prepare appetizers
• Stock supplies and maintain cleanliness
• Handle payments and cashier reports
• Follow SOPs and brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Excellent storytelling skills in English
• Experience in luxury bartending is a plus
• Reliable, motivated, outgoing personality
• Passion for luxury hospitality

This role requires physical ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance. Safety training and certification are prerequisites.
