Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel located in stunning Costa Smeralda, is seeking a Lifeguard to join our team for the 2025 season.

The ideal candidate is passionate about providing authentic experiences in a world-renowned destination, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

He/she will have experience working in luxury hotels.

The position is based in Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda, Sardinia, and is a full-time contract. Candidates must possess the legal right to work in Italy/EU.

Requirements

• Lifeguard Certification
• At least two years of experience in a related position within luxury hotels
• Fluent in English and Italian
