Job Description:

Castello di Casole, a Belmond property, is looking for a Pool Attendant for the 2024 season.

Assist and ensure guests are served courteously and efficiently according to Belmond standards;

Anticipate guests' needs;

Keep work station clean at all times;

Ensure all pool furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned;

Work closely with colleagues from other departments to provide assistance.

Requirements

• Effective communication: clear and appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication that positively impacts the role, business, and Belmond. Ability to interpret non-verbal cues to enhance understanding;
• Emotional intelligence: ability to control and express emotions and manage interpersonal relationships;
• Collaboration: ability to work successfully within a team, showing respect and willingness to share information and skills. Commitment to continuous self-development;
