Meditrial Europe in Terni, Italy, is seeking an Office Assistant for logistics and clinical affairs to support the CRO team and management. The role focuses on Salesforce-based management platform, invoicing processes, and trial operations, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, calendar management, reporting, and file maintenance, with Italian and English language proficiency required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in life sciences or related field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent Italian and good written/spoken English.

Mansioni

• Logistics support to assist the CRO team and smooth operations.
• Coordinate internal storage of documents and correspondence.
• Support shipments and packaging for ethics approvals and authorities.
