What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the transaction process.
  • Conduct market research and pricing analysis for residential sales.
  • Help clients navigate contracts, disclosures, and negotiations with confidence.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently—whether advising clients, handling paperwork, or coordinating with other agents.
  • Keep your deals organized and compliant from start to finish.
  • Provide an excellent client experience and build long-term relationships.
  • Stay current on local market trends, real estate law, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Florida real estate license (Sales Associate or Broker).
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Are comfortable using technology and real estate software.
