This includes tasks like market research, property listings, client meetings, contract preparation, property viewings, and negotiations to achieve clients' goals. Agents must also conduct marketing to generate leads, manage client and property data, and maintain strong relationships with other professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and help sellers determine an appropriate listing price.
  • Research local property markets, identify trends, and compare properties to establish accurate valuations and selling prices.
  • List properties for sale or rent, create marketing materials like photos and brochures, and generate leads for potential buyers and sellers.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses for prospective clients.
  • Liaise with buyers and sellers to negotiate sale terms and purchase agreements to achieve the best outcome for clients.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver contracts, agreements, and other necessary real estate documents.
  • Manage databases, answer communications, and schedule appointments.
